It’s a girl! Drashti Dhami exclaims ‘she’s here’ as she welcomes her first child with husband Neeraj Khemka

Actor Drashti Dhami and her husband Neeraj Khemka have now welcomed a beautiful angel into their lives as they are blessed with a baby girl. On Tuesday, they dropped an official statement about the arrival of their first child. In the post, Drashti states that she has come straight from heaven and into their hearts. With her arrival, Drashti and her husband have begun a new life and a new chapter.

Announcing that ‘she’s here’, the post read, “Straight from heaven, into our hearts. A whole new life, a whole new start.” Soon after the announcement, some of the stars from the Television industry and her friends congratulated them on being new parents. Ankita Bhargava commented, “Woohoooooo welcome lil angel. Godbless the new parents and the lil one.” Rubina Dilaik exclaimed, “Wooopieeeeee.” Dhami’s friend Sunayana Fozdar shared, “Congratulations god bless the lil angel and your“. Nakuul Mehta, Kishwer Merchant, Mouni Roy and others have also extended their warm wishes to the new parents.

Only yesterday, the Madhubala actor shared a funny video saying that after 41 weeks, she still hasn’t delivered the baby. She captioned, “Baby is really teasing me now Rachel vibes.“

Drashti Dhami announced her first pregnancy with her husband Neeraj Khemka on June 14. They married on 21 February 2015 and welcomed their first child nine years after their wedding.
